This 1958 Spec Precision Bass was produced as a Limited Edition for 2018, with a 2-piece alder body and a Quarterson maple neck, with a grippy 59 P-BASS neck shape and a 9.5" fingerboard radius. The pickups are hand-wired 62 P-BASS, and the fat, punchy sound is powerful and of a quality that sets it apart from the regular lineup of basses.

There are scratches, dents, paint chips, and peeling paint scattered throughout the instrument, and metal parts such as the pegs are tarnished, but these are due to the brick process. The fingerboard end has been sloped, and a finger rest has been added to the end of the fingerboard, and there are holes on the top of the body where another finger rest may have been attached. The original bridge, pickup fence, and bridge cover are missing, and the nut, bridge, and strap pins have been replaced. The guitar has been slightly modified, but this has not affected its playability, and all parts have been maintained and cleaned to ensure playability. The hard case is originally tweed, but a Blount-Torex 60s style case is included.
