Paul Reed Smith (PRS) Custom 24 with Pattern Thin grip, made in 2011.

Known as the flagship model of PRS, the Custom 24 features a figured maple top/mahogany back, mahogany neck with Pattern Thin grip with approximately 43mm nut, rose fingerboard with bird inlays, PUs 59/09 Treble & 59/09 The neck is made of mahogany with a 43mm nut Pattern Thin grip and a Rose fretboard with bird inlays.

It has a normal top but with beautiful wood grain, a highly playable Pattern Thin neck that follows the old Wide Thin shape, and a tone with a strong presence.

The 5-Way Rotary SW has been changed to a 3-Way Toggle, and the Tone is without Push/Pull tap. There are some signs of use (white spots on the joint, cutaway, and body edge, dents/chips on the body edge and outer edge, scuffs and scratches, minor scratches, scratches, scratch marks, picking marks, buckle marks, cloudy metal parts, bits, etc.).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret adjustment) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough for playing.

ノーマル・トップながらも美しい杢の個体で、旧Wide Thinシェイプを踏襲した高い演奏性のパターン・シン・ネック、存在感あるトーンが魅力の一本です。

5-Way Rotary SWを3-Way Toggleに変更、ToneはPush/Pullタップ無し状態です。使用感(ジョイント部やカッタウェイ・ボディエッジに白濁、ボディエッジや外周の所々に打痕/塗装チップ、スレや拭きスジ、小キズ・引っかきキズ・スクラッチ痕、ピッキング痕、バックル痕、金属パーツの曇り・ビッツ、等々)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
