2014 Custom Artist Series Jaco Pastorius Tribute Fretless Jazz Bass in stock!

Jaco Pastorius was a bassist of great genius who continues to exert a profound influence on the world today.
This 1962 sunburst fretless jazz bass, "Bass of Doom," is one of his most iconic pieces.
This bass has been faithfully reproduced down to the smallest detail, including the paint that has peeled off after years of playing and the finger rest mute that has been removed.

Select Alder body, thin but rounded "C" shape neck, epoxy coated fretless rosewood fingerboard (slab), Precision Bass control knob.
The pickups are Custom '60s Single-Coil Jazz Bass.

The guitar is in excellent condition with almost no noticeable signs of use.
There are some string marks on the epoxy, but there is no problem for playing.
The neck is in good condition.

There are very few of this model available in Japan at that time and now. Please consider this model.

今なお多大な影響を与え続ける偉大な天才ベーシスト、ジャコ・パストリアス。
彼を象徴する1962年製のサンバーストのフレットレスジャズベース『Bass of Doom』
長年弾き込まれ塗装の剥がれた様子やフィンガーレスト・ミュートを取り外した跡など細部に至るまで忠実に再現した一本です。

セレクト・アルダー・ボディ、ネックは薄めながらも丸みの帯びた”C”シェイプ、エポキシ樹脂塗装を施したフレットレスローズウッド・フィンガーボード(スラブ)Precision Bassコントロールノブを採用。
ピックアップはCustom '60s Single-Coil Jazz Bassを搭載しています。

レリック仕様ということもあり、使用感は殆ど目立たないすばらしいコンディション。
エポキシ上に弦跡はございますが、演奏に問題ございません。
ネックコンディションも良好です。

当時も現在も国内入荷数も非常に少ないモデルです。是非ご検討くださいませ。
