This is a rare! Classic T by Sir Guitars/JST with a superb quilted maple top, made in 2007!

Suhr (JST John Suhr Technology) is one of the leading brands of high-end guitars.
The guitar in stock this time is based on "Classic T" and is custom ordered by a dealer in the U.S. with a beautiful quilted maple top.

It has a 2P quilted maple top swamp ash body with natural binding and elbow and back contour, Even C Slim shaped maple neck, 16R maple fingerboard, stainless steel jumbo frets, 42mm nut, Avalon inlays, and PU. JST SSV Humbucker, 5-way selector, Gotoh 1055 tremolo bridge, and Spurzel locking pegs.

The key sound is the humbucker on the TL type, which I think is highly unique.
For example, there are Suhr guitars such as "Standard" and "Modern" with 2 humbuckers, but even though they have the same maple neck and bolt-on construction, this model has a firmer and thicker sound, perhaps due to its TL type.

On the other hand, compared to a 2 humbucker guitar with a common mahogany body and neck set-neck construction, it has the same fat sound, but without the muffled feeling, and the sound is more comfortable.
This is probably due to the good compatibility between the swamp ash body and the SSV Humbucker.

Suhr's unique ease of playability is of course still there.
The moment you grip the neck, you can feel the "I can play it! The swamp ash body is also a good choice for the guitar.

The swamp ash body weighs 3.42 kg, which is relatively light for a Classic T. The overall appearance shows some signs of use, but it is still a very nice guitar.

Overall, there are some signs of use, but it is still in very clean condition for a 2007 model.
The case comes with a black hard case. (The case has some signs of use).

The fret board has been adjusted at our repair center, and the fret board is high enough to play well, with 1.3mm remaining overall.
The neck is still straight, and the truss rod has enough remaining.

これは貴重！サー・ギターズ/JST のClassic T、極上キルテッドメイプルトップの2007年製です！

ハイエンドギターを代表するといっても過言ではないブランド、Suhr(JST John Suhr Technology)。
今回入荷した個体は「Classic T」をベースに、美しいキルテッドメイプルをトップに貼ったアメリカ国内の某ディーラーのカスタムオーダー品です。

ナチュラルバインディングにエルボー＆バック・コンターの施された2Pキルテッドメイプルトップ・スワンプ・アッシュボディ、Even C Slimシェイプのメイプル・ネック、16Rのメイプル指板、ステンレスジャンボフレット、42mmナット、アヴァロンインレイ、PUはJST SSV Humbuckerを搭載し、5Wayセレクター、ブリッジにはGotoh1055トレモロブリッジ、ペグはスパーゼルのロックペグを採用しています。

肝心なサウンドですが、TLタイプにハムバッカーなので、独自性が高いと思います。
例えばSuhrギターで、２ハムバッカー仕様の「Standard」や「Modern」等もありますが、同じメイプルネック・ボルトオン構造であっても、本モデルはTLタイプと言う事もあるせいか、よりコシのある太い音が出せます。

一方、一般的なマホガニーボディ＆ネック・セットネック構造の２ハムバッカーのギターと比べると、同等の音の太さがありながらもモワッとした感じが無く、音抜けが心地よいです。
スワンプアッシュボディとSSV Humbuckerとの相性の良さも相まっての事かと思われます。

Suhrならではの弾きやすさはもちろん健在。
ネックを握った瞬間に感じる、いかにも「弾けそう!」と思わせてくれる安心感があります。

また、スワンプアッシュボディと言う事もあり、Classic Tとしては比較的軽量な3.42Kgです。

全体的に多少の使用感が見られますが、2007年製としては非常に綺麗な状態を保っております。
ケースはブラックハードケース付属です。(ケースは多少使用感がございます)

弊社リペアセンターにて調整を行っておりますが、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、全体的に概ね1.3mm残っています。
ネックはストレートを保っており、トラスロッドも充分に残っております。
